DexLiving is a division of Dex Squared Hospitality. The operational foundation was already there. What we built was the identity to put in front of the world.
Launching into Dubai's short-stay market with no visual presence was never going to cut it. Property owners vet management partners on credibility. Guests choose on feel. The brand had one job: earn trust from both sides before a single conversation happened.
We started from scratch and built a full identity system grounded in the Dex Squared reputation. Something that felt established on day one and sat comfortably next to the five-star brands DexLiving was competing with.

Dubai's short-stay rental market is saturated and image-conscious. Property owners have options. Guests have expectations. Both make decisions on feeling before they make them on fact.
DexLiving was entering without a single visual asset to their name. The brand needed to do the work of establishing credibility before the team could even get in the room.
The additional challenge was audience duality. Property owners needed to trust that their asset was in safe hands. Guests needed to feel the quality before they arrived. The identity had to speak to both without pulling in opposite directions.
